Fresh veggies, wild rice and a little bit of grass fed beef from my uncle & aunt’s farm in McBride. All in a rice wrap – one of my favourite meals.
I love keeping a few wraps handy for times when I have leftover grains (quinoa or rice) and have a handful of veggies around as well. Wraps make for a convenient and fast alternative to a sandwich. To add extra nutrition to my wraps, I love throwing in some veggies such as cilantro, sprouts, cherry tomatoes and any other greens.
Remember flavour is all in the dressing, so top off your wrap fillings with salsa, guacamole or hummus to make it extra delicious!
